“Nice tiny house.”

“When we arrived, there was dog pee on the floor, dog hair everywhere. Wasn’t clean, bathroom sink was dripping while using the toilet the leaking sink would splash you in the face. Black mold in the bathroom, our guests couldn’t even fit in the shower. No towels ready, activities weren’t working, flat tires, no batteries, outside fire pit/seating area was unusable. Completely disappointed, we were told absolutely no refunds. We stayed two nights and had to leave early. We had two small children……

“Home was quaint. Kitchen was complete with everything needed for cooking. Large refrigerator. Back yard has a swing set and a fire pit. Side yard had a tire swing. One master bedroom, and two twin beds upstairs. Living room has two couches. Location of the house was perfect. Close to most everything. The tree house restaurant is close by, very good! And of course don't forget iggys right near the water. ”

“Great place, super clean and quiet neighborhood. Lacking a few essentials like pot holders and kitchen towels. I purchased some from Walmart for the duration of our stay. Would have been nice to have a baking sheet for the oven. Also could have used some extra hand towels. Other than that a good place to stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.”

“What a cute and perfect place to stay! The cottage was spacious, filled with all the things you need, on a great property, and had a great host who was responsive and kind. We came for a short trip for a wedding, but would love to be back for a longer stay on the property and explore more. 10/10 recommend!! ”

“Renters beware. As soon as you walk in the house you see a closet with no door filled with airconditioners. No amenities, except coffee and hand soap.Stayed for 5 nights was given 4 towels and 2 washcloths for 4 people when I arrived until I complained, then I was given nicer towels.Place not very clean.Discovered garbage under the main bed left by other guests when I was looking for a lost earring. Second bedroom had an electric outlet pulled out from the wall and closet was full of host……

“This is a really lovely spot, spacious common area (kitchen & living room), and nice bedrooms with comfortable beds, and a fabulous location across from the beach. We were in town for a wedding & rented two units in the building for extended family, which worked out really well. Everything was as pictured; note is that one bedroom is only accessed through the bathroom or another bedroom, but that was not a problem for us. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive to questions……

“This was a great apartment--immaculate, spacious and so comfortable. It was great to have a parking space, but we walked everywhere--around the Brown campus, downtown to eat, to CVS--even to the ferry terminal. We would absolutely stay here again!”
