“This was a real gem to find and provided an enjoyable place to stay on an unplanned trip to San Jose. Only 4 blocks to the US Embassy/Consulate which was the purpose of our trip. The host was absolutely wonderful and the owner provided excellent advice regarding navigating the area and issues we had to deal with (covid testing, local transportation, etc). “Beautiful photos of the property online, but don't fool yourself with them. We find the rooms in horrible condition. Smelly wardrobes/cabinets, dirty old office chair with suspicious marks on it.
