🏡 The Space:

The master and secondary bedrooms offer luxurious king-sized beds with memory foam mattresses and walk-in closets. Kick back and relax with flat-screen smart TVs set up with Netflix and Hulu.

An additional bedroom offers two twin-sized beds with memory foam mattresses and a workstation. We also provide a twin-sized rolling bed to accommodate additional guests.

Both bathrooms feature dual vanity sinks, oversized mirrors and brand-new shower tiles.

🍳 Kitchen and Dining:

Our fully equipped, sleek kitchen is a chef`s delight with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The space includes a dining table with seating for six and 4 countertop stools. We supply pots, dishware, flatware, knives and cooking utensils. You’ll also find a coffee maker, toaster, kettle and blender! However, we do not supply cooking ingredients such as oil, salt and pepper and spices. Conveniently located, a Publix supermarket is within a 3 min walk.

🛋️ Living Area:

Unwind in the stylish living area, featuring contemporary furnishings and a 55” flat-screen smart TV set up with Netflix and Hulu.

🚗 Parking:

We provide 3 complimentary parking passes for convenient off-street parking ensuring a hassle-free experience.

💡Things to note:

Your safety matters. There is a Ring camera with audio located on the exterior part of the apartment (it does not look into interior spaces).

We are part of a large, respectful community. There is no smoking or parties allowed in the apartment and quiet hours begin at 10pm.

I understand this is a non-smoking residential building and no parties are allowed. Law enforcement will be called if these rules are violated with no exception.

I understand the quiet time is 10 pm on the weekdays and 11 pm on Friday and Saturday. No loud music after quiet hours.
