Cute but not for kids

This place is cute and homey. The place appeared clean but there is blk mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the blinds in bedroom are awful. The A/C in the bedroom doesnt work well at all so it stayed hot. The balcony attaches to another one and they can see right into yours when your on this one. Not to private. We went for a convention so we didnt have alot of time to enjoy the stay. There was a lot of pot smokers on this floor as well as the others. As soon as the door opened that is all you could smell. Thats why i said no kids. Also if your traveling alone dont park in the lot. People just stand around smoking pot and talking crap to you. Not sure of these laws but thats what happened on our stay. Thats our honest opinion. Cute but not to clean and felt kinda weird about the drugs as my hibby is a truck driver and can loose his licenses if anything is in his system.sorry but just being honest.

Decent stay

My stay was alright, i loved the location because i was in walking distances of some tourist attractions which was good. Apartment was nice. Only hiccup I would say was didnt check in information before i got there and the bedroom light flickered when i switched it on but other than that i enjoyed my stay and I would stay there again

Not what the picture detailed. Hole in bathroom ceiling both chair’s broken. Refrigerator has mold on the side.Bathroom sink stopped up. No other towels. Heater/air was very old, loud and rusty. How ever the owner was very easy to reach and always responded.

Cheap and simple

The apartment was what I excepted only downside was that certain things weren’t particularly clean such as the mirror in the bathroom looked like it had some black stuff splattered on it, few dishes looked like they hadn’t been properly washed and rinsed, also the bed had a like a weird smell to it kind of like an older person had been staying there. Last but not least the heaters which didn’t put out much heat at all so it was still quite cold in the unit during the nighttime and the one in the living room was wide open so I could see the rusted gang greened pipes so I highly suggest an update on that pretty soon. But otherwise even with all these discrepancies I enjoyed my stay

It was ok.

My spouse and I were in Atlanta for one night. The location of this unit was very central and there was easy parking to find right by the place (though you do have to pay). The building had a concierge who was very friendly and the check-in process was seamless. However, when stepped into the unit, the coziness I got from the photos did not translate. There were small things like the lights on the porch not working and the toilet lid being broken. Then were more problematic things like the windows not being installed properly and a terrible draft coming in, in Dec. Additionally, there were no towels or towel mats at all! This was obviously not ideal, but I took pictures of the damaged things and sent them to the owner of the property. Hopefully whoever stays here next will have a better experience. It was fine for what it was; especially for one night. However, attention to detail needs improvement.
