Housekeeping took off the AC vents for every room to clean and disinfect daily! I’ve never seen that, not even for five star hotels. The management team and ownership really cares about the establishment and customers. Based on the price point, it’s truly best bang for your bucks in Tainan area. One thing I believe they can improve on will be the laundry facility. It’s located outside of the property and even though it’s controlled access, it’s very dark inside and there might be some safety concerns IMHO. Other than that, this hotel is perfect. "
"Large room with separate bathing and toilet. Excellent concierge services. Unable to use the laundry and pool facilities because the pool closes at 9:30pm and everyone requires a swimming cap. ( you may need to shorten your tours within the city and return to hotel early enough in order to use this facility) Laundry also located on roof top next to swimming pool but closes at 10:30pm ( all laundry must be collected before 10:30pm and no access to laundry after 10:30pm which is also inconvenient for families who can not make it before the closing time. First time we encounter hotel has a laundry facility that closes. Most of them are available 24 hours and some even have capability to show which units are available and time left on the machine on the TV screen in your room."

A late check out was standard and we never felt pushed to check out even when we went out in the morning of check out to visit a local attraction. This was also the most eco-friendly hotel we stayed in. The inclusive breakfast spread was amazing and they also had free afternoon snacks which could easily fill you up. Location of the hotel was quite central and we could explore the areas around quite easily. Their range of hand wash, shampoo/shower gel and conditioner was amazing.
