There was no hot water, due to the gas being turned off the day before for repairs, and was forgotten to be turned back on. Cold showers. After speaking to reception they did not want to give any refund or discount. The actual room and motel was really clean and comfortable. It was disappointing that the management did not want to offer a solution.

I had two nights in a suite and found everything clean and tidy. I needed to stay for and extra couple of hours after check-out and the staff were verY accommodating. A 20 minute walk to Westfield shopping centre. No other shops around so get what you need from the the shopping centre or being with you. The hockey centre is a short walk From the motel.

Superb Cleanliness throughout . Large spacious airy comfortable apartment . It was very quiet indeed so a great place to rest up !

Lovely staff but felt the spa baths listed as an amenity was a little misleading, I booked this motel thinking there would be a spa pool available. Also Sky channels was listed but was only sky sport. The old phone in the bedroom looked filthy and was clearly second hand. No plug points beside the bed for phone charger. Otherwise comfortable bed and good location.

Rooms are big . Very basic. No clock! TV wasn’t working and because discovered this after 9pm was unable to get any help to get sorted. So no tv all night. Place is quiet which was good .

We did have a few problems when we turned up on the Sunday with the reservation, room etc. But on Monday when we spoke to another Manager we got excellent service and all the help we needed. It is nice to know that the staff were listening and willing to help. Cheers
