“Great hotel, friendly staff and nice spa”

“Beautiful surroundings, hotel a little creaky. Food a little pricey but hotel was in a good location with parking. Lots of nearby restaurants on foot. The hotel is also fairly close to the ski lifts too, plus the outer balconies overlook the bottom section of the waterfall. If you walk around to the left side of the hotel on the main road you can reach the upper mid-section of the waterfall without needing further transportation. We had a hire car and didn’t realise that to get to the resorts,……

“Apartment was good and comfy, and the check-out instructions clear. Location was very good nearby the train and lift stations. We needed to pay deposit separately in a different location in the first business day after the arrival, otherwise everything was smooth and instructions clear.”

“The pillows and beds were very uncomfortable. The furniture setting seemed to be an afterthought. One of the sconce light fixtures was directly above where your pillow goes, and kept hitting my head on it. The sofa next to the bed is too large, and seems unnecessary, with a set of bunk beds in the space. The bathroom was nice, clean and large. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities at the main hotel (spa), were great. ”
