Very elegant and classy. the apartment we stayed in had a nice little patio and killer views of the vineyards, Very clean, organized, and best yard I have seen in a while, with a magnificent refreshing pool. The wine testing offered at the property was a big plus. Property is in the middle of Tuscany area, very rural and a great way to taste the true Italian lifestyle. Compliments to the staff and the owners that manage this place. ”

“This is an absolutely private place in the Tuscany’s hills. You can relax all day, but if you want the hustle and bustle of the city, Arezzo is the nearest big city (Siena 1.5 hours by car). There are several restaurants to choose nerby. A major shopping centre is 20-30 minutes away. The house is typical Tuscan style and well equipped, energy consumption needs attention but we had no problem. The big pool was our favourite, we spent almost the whole day there, there’s not much else to do on a……

“We had an incredible stay at this beautiful, historic apartment in Arezzo. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged—every detail showed care and attention. Stefano, our host, was amazing—so welcoming and incredibly communicative throughout our stay. One of the highlights for our family was his sweet dog, Spritz, who quickly became a favorite playmate for our toddler. The charm of the apartment, combined with the warmth of the host and his furry companion, made our time in Arezzo truly……

“We had a really good time at this property. Everything was very clean and it was well equipped for what we wanted. It was very hot whilst we were there, so the air con and pool were very much appreciated! The town itself has several decent restaurants (so no need to cook, if you dont want to!) and there are some local buses but a car is needed really to make the most of the wider surrounding area (including the beautiful pool).The owners were very welcoming and extremely helpful with any queries……

“Ein grandioser Ort für Urlaub mit Freunden. Andrea ist ein perfekter Gastgeber. Schaut jeden Tag vorbei wegen Pool und Whirlpool, dabei aber immer im Hintergrund; bei Fragen jedoch sofort zur Stelle. Die Villa steht auf einem riesigen Grundstück und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Gerade auch für Leute die gerne länger aufbleiben sehr gut, da man niemanden stört. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. ”

“The villa is located at the top of hill enjoying a stunning Tuscan countryside view. The house itself is antique however well restored, with an exquisite dining room and a professional kitchen. Breakfast is fabulous particularly the handmade orange jam making me feel myself the Paddington bear! We also tried the dinner set which tasted good and natural. For the welcome drink, try the hot chocolate made by the reception lady! It is a 2 hours drive from Florence or 1.5 hours from Siena, you may……

“Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche dort. Ruhe, viel Natur und ein uriges, gemütliches,sehr sauberes Haus. Es war alles vorhanden, sehr gute Ausstattung. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Wir bekamen sehr viele gute Empfehlungen für Ausflűge und Restaurants. Der Kontakt war jederzeit schnell und unkompliziert. Richtig klasse.Wir konnten Samstags betreits spontan um 8:30 Uhr ins Haus. Das war wunderbar. Auch vorab hatte der Vermieter eine genaue Wegbeschreibung……
