Open kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC, sep. WC. No heating option. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Parking (fenced 2 cars). Please note: non-smoking house.

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Der Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Was am Haus gefällt ist die Terasse und die ruhige Lage. Im Haus ist es jedoch nicht Grundreinsauber (überall Spinnen, reparaturbedürftige Inneneinrichtung). Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr marginal (kein Wasserkocher, keine Schalen, sehr spartanisch). Wer damit leben kann, hat hier eine schöne Zeit.
