“A very short stay in the hotel. But the hotel is very nice in general. The bed is comfy. I am impressed by the breakfast. Nice touch of the booklet of the breakfast. Food is with high quality. Best standard buffet breakfast I have tried in UK. ”
“Great little hotel, excellent parking, and easy access to a major shopping mall.
Hotel staff are very friendly and most helpful, I would especially like to mention a young lady whose name I believe is Elisha, who went above and beyond to help me during my stay.
I would also like to mention in dispatches, for their great work ethic, Darren and Paul.

“Receptionists are very polite and helpful. Room is clean and big enough.Location is convenient at Queens Quarter, and takes 15 min
- 20 min walk to City Centre.

“Hotel lobby is pretty new and grand for a 3-4 star hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and nice. It's a nice choice if you are traveling in the Belfast City Airport. But the housekeeping service is a bit messy.”
“We had an unforgettable stay at the Regency House in Belfast. The Mayor’s Suite was absolutely incredible—spacious, elegant, and full of character. Just as impressive was the service; each of the girls we dealt with went above and beyond, easily some of the best hospitality we’ve ever experienced (we found out they live together, study together and work together - and it shows that the all share the same work ethic and kindness)!
Highly recommend!”
“Not even sure where to begin - this experience was simply stellar from beginning to end… Check in was fast, friendly & easy… upon entering our room it felt like we were walking into a terrace of City Hall, with the dome seeming to be mere meters from our door!
Our suite was impeccable - we truly felt like we were in another world! So comfortable, stylish & luxurious - we felt a bit of that “imposter syndrome”!
Staff - including front desk, room service, breakfast waitstaff & bartenders were all……
“No bottled water, insufficient seats and cups in the room for 3 adults. The air con didn’t work even the staff reset it, forcing us to open the window which made the room more noisy. ”
