“Positives: The cottage was very nice and spacious, it can easily fit 12 people. The Hot Tub and Sauna were are pretty good. We really liked the open space and large dining table. Other:1. Unsafe Access Due to Snow and IceUpon arrival, the cottage and stairs were completely covered in snow, making access unsafe. I reported this immediately. The host initially stated someone would come to clear the snow the next day. However, when I followed up, the host reversed this and stated no one would come……

“This was a disappointment. We booked this cottage after our accommodation on VRBO was canceled twice, so it was last minute.
It is pet friendly which was a necessity. We did not use the kitchen, however if we had there was no dish cloths or dish towels supplied.
The cleanliness definitely left something to be desired.”

“Once I got the front door open with all my might (the closure system was very strong)
Then I saw nothing but stairs going straight up
After getting upstairs then another door just as stiff as the first to the living dining area then another set of stairs to the bedroom areas
