“Absolutely stunning view overseeing the mountain range and sea. The rooms and the pool are very clean and well maintained, matching the expectations in the photos. Price is reasonable with the hotel's quality. Location wise, getting to the hotel could be a bit hectic if you are not travelling by car due to the hotel's location on a steep hill. “From the moment of check-in to when we checked out. The entire staff pandered to our every wish, On the second day it looked like one of the tires on my car was low. One of staff actually used a Bicycle Pump to top up the air. He then took me a local tire repair shop and got it fixed very cheap. The next day he came back and asked f all was well. The room was impeccable. The free shuttle to take you anywhere you wanted to go and return was a very nice touch. Would HIGHLY recommend the LUX……

“This hotel is a bit far from Ao Nang city centre but with the shuttle bus service, it just takes less than 10 min to get there, so it's not a problem at all. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room is clean and tidy, the pool is larger than I expected and it's very clean too. Breakfast was served in room but it was not cooked at the spot. Some of the food was a bit cold already. Overall speaking, I'm very happy with the stay here.”
