“Great stay overall! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was really delicious with plenty of variety. The room was spacious and comfortable, with lots of pillows provided – loved it! A few small things could be improved: the bathroom amenities were limited (soap dispenser not working well, little foam and not much fragrance) and the shower head could use an upgrade for a better shower experience. “The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and helpful. They always checked with me to make sure that all was in order and helped me get transportation information. The manager drove me from Bandung to Bogor (he was going there) and made sure he provided the new hotel with my onward transportation needs. It was a pleasure to stay there.”
