Pool was a bit cool but refreshing and large - perfect for a hot day. We had no problem finding pool loungers in the middle of the afternoon - plenty of space. The management is not up to a five star hotel standard.
Firstly the dishes in the buffet restaurant, Jardim Colonial, were not very clean, some of which with stains. Having said that , the staffs in the restaurant are helpful.

“Can’t say enough good things about this slice if paradise - it’s simply perfect. Enjoyed our stay so so much that we are actually planning the next, and this time we are going with more people. Can’t enjoy this alone - it needs to be shared.
