“Beautiful stay, great service”

“This was a highlight on our drive from Lyon to Nice. In the charming small town of Fossano Italy, this beautiful former monastery was a special treat. Service was outstanding - friendly, respectful with English spoken flawlessly from many of the staff. Our room, with sky high vaulted wood beamed ceiling was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable. Modern bathroom with finished concrete bath and lovely toiletries. We enjoyed an apero in the bar ( complete with complimentary charcuterie……

“The hotel is placed on a beautiful high spot looking out over the local vineyards. With a number of high quality restaurants in the area, there are plenty of options to taste some of the excellent local foods. We did not try the hotel's own restaurant, apart from breakfast (which was excellent). All the staff were extremely helpful and the rooms are very spacious and tastefully appointed. This was a great stop on our mini tour through Italy and we'd love the opportunity to come back.”
