Events are not permitted, and this is a non-smoking property. The interior is step-free, but please note the low ceiling at the first stairway.
The studio is just 250 meters from the Reichenturm, and the old town is within easy walking distance. A supermarket is directly opposite, with more shops, bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and the Kornmarktcenter shopping mall all nearby. Public transport is close at hand.
