“Overall had a wonderful stay at this quiet resort with my family. The food was delicious for every meal, and the staff were friendly, particularly Rita who went above and beyond in her service and was so kind and friendly, she just seemed to ‘get us’. The pool area is also beautiful. We booked a day trip to Tikal through the resort, and it was the highlight of our trip! Marco our guide was outstanding in his knowledge and so friendly, it was well worth the price.

“Love the lodge feel and extremely kind and helpful staff. Our family stayed for three nights. Since driving the last mile was a little challenging, we opted to have dinners every night at the Lodge. Great service and wonderful food, but a bit on the pricier side compared to eating in town. We did the ATM excursion through the lodge. Xuanantunich was so close, we opted to drive via our rental and hired a private guide for $50 on-site. We did tubing on-site which was a flat 30-minute walk about……

“Chan Chich is an exquisite adventure melding together experiencing Mayan Ruins, jungle experience with a conservation twist. We loved our daily interactions with staff to include Cali who is an expert mixologist, Emil who made everything look easy, Sean who always had a smile, and the wonderful cook Ian. Every meal was absolutely amazing! Maria and Abdiel took care of all our needs at reception including booking excursions and chartering flights. And of course our expert guides Ruben and Louise……

“We watched the Hollow monkeys for hours there were so many of them in the trees and listening to them at night was simply beyond anything you can imagine the customer service at the resort was amazing and we felt like we were in heaven”
