This apartment is immaculately cared for, everything you need plus lots of extras.

Numerous high quality eating places in Bonaza Square, good quality meals, a short walk away. The promenade is within easy reach, wonderful trips from the harbour to watch the dolphins. Relax by the pools .

Mi experiencia ha sido magnifica!antes de la llegada nos dieron toda la informacion necesaria.Cristina muy amable. El apartamento esta equipado con todo lo necesario,no faltan detalles,super limpio. Muchas zonas verdes,arboles dando sombra,varias piscinas. Esta a unos 10 o 15 minutos de la playa y cerca de multiples bares,supermercados ,etc.. Todo muy animado,la verdad q volvere a repetir

Parfait

L'appartement de Mario est parfait pour un séjour à deux. C'était calme ....enfin en cette saison. Très propre. Savon, shampooing ... à disposition. Thé, café, sucre, huile, vinaigre ... Pratique..lave linge dans l'appartement. Peut être qu'un parasol serait sympa pour aller à la plage. Merci Mario pour ce séjour chez vous. Karine

Nice apartment for 2 people

Nice apartment for 2 people. 20 min walk to beach. 15 min walk to train station. It was beginning of Feb when we were there so pool not open. Everything is there to cook if you want it. It would be nice if a full length mirror was fitted and a high level hook to put the shower head on when showering. Good communication from the host.

Clean, everything you need and well situated

Lovely clean studio, everything you need to enjoy your stay. Situated close to supermarket, bars, restaurants and bus stop across road to get about. Very easy check in and will look after your luggage after check out if not flying till later. Great communication with the host. Will definitely book again and recommend. Arroya del la Miel is a lovely friendly town with abundance of bars, restaurants and shop. Easy, pleasant downhill walk into Benalmádena.

Communicatie met Mario verliep uitstekend!

Alles klopte, de inrichting , de locatie, appartement zelf, de voorzieningen, geen overlast, bed prima!, Rustige nacht rust, airco prima. Niet ver vh strand, gezellige eet tentjes+ supermarkt nabij.

Small but mighty

Small but great. bed was lovely, great air conditioning, great pools, so close to shops and restaurants, beautiful area, with fabulous parks within walking distance, beach within walking distance (not if you have mobility issues)Very Spanish area, very cool, nice thoughtful care packages in apartment. Studio apartment

An absolute jem.this studio has evry thing required for a self catering holiday. The owner Mario goes the extra mile to by supplying lots of little extras. Close to bars, bonanza Square, and supermarket only 5/7 minutes walk away. Would definitely stay here again.

Compact and clean apartment

We had a lovely mini break at Mario's apartment. It is very compact but perfectly serviceable. Mario left goodies in the fridge which was lovely. There is also a 2 ring hob in the kitchen with kettle, toaster and microwave. The bathroom was more spacious with shampoo and shower gel etc all provided. The main room which had a double bed, a small sofa and table had plenty of storage too. Mario's apartment is on the 6th floor but there is a lift. The pool area is kept lovely and clean and you can hire sunbeds with cushions for 2€ a day. The pool area doesn't open until 11am and no inflatables are allowed. You also have to shower before using the pool as the pool attendant will be telling you off if you don't. The walk to the beach is pleasant as it is downhill but it's a bit of a struggle getting back up the hill. There is a lovely green park very close by which is gorgeous. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and a big supermarket just round the corner. All in all it was a lovely stay and Mario was an excellent host.

Fantastic stay

Very cosy. So close to Bonanza Sq with all the restaurants and bars. I’m in my 60s and have a bit of a mobility problem but there are lifts and I never experienced any difficulties. Although quite busy, no noise at all. Lovely sun in the morning - we weren’t there in the afternoons. Loved it. Will definitely be back.

wonderful stay in ideal location

We spent three weeks in this lovely studio. Not huge but well appointed, comfortable and cozy. Excellent location, easy walks to shops, restaurants, cafes, groceries, parks, buses and the beach. Parking was not a problem in February. The pools were closed as expected but looked very attractive. Mario was an excellent host, readily available to solve a minor internet problem. Highly recommended!

Ha sido muy buena experiencia. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, con absolutamente todo lo necesario (hasta botiquín). El propietario está siempre disponible para cualquier asunto en el que se le necesite. Está muy bien situado, con todos los servicios necesarios cerca (supermercados, banco, tiendas, bares, restaurantes...) Recomendable al 100%
