Nice place; Bad communication

A/C didn't work during hot week, so stayed last minute in a motel for first night. Next day was told it was fixed. We got there. It wasn't working. We told them it wasn't...then crickets. Other than that, it was ok. On a steep hill, steep driveway but that was fine.

3 great days in Bend

We enjoyed the proximity to down town Bend and the balcony and living room were a comfortable afternoon hangout after the days activities.The property was clean and comfortable and had garage parking for our two vehicles. We had everything we needed and would rent this property again.

Excellent location to all that is Bend!

We enjoyed our first visit to the Bend, OR area. The Quincy house is located perfectly for walking to many area restaurants and attractions. Hiking and adventure is just a short drive away. Plenty of room in the home with all the things you need to cook and enjoy while away from home.

Came for a race and to hang with friends

Fantastic house with great amenities. The location is great. We were very happy with this house and the ease of communication if we needed something. Plenty of space all around. We would have liked a chair or two more in the living room but it wasn't necessary.

Great stay in Bend!

We were quite happy with our stay at Quincy House. We had everything we needed, and more! We easily created meals in the large kitchen -- we were a small group but a family of 8 could easily stay and find enough space. The large 2-car garage was easy to access, and a garage-door opener was provided while we were on property. Beds were extremely comfortable; plenty of extra blankets if needed. The fireplace added just a touch of warmth to some very cold days. (we were there during an extreme snowstorm).We were in town to ski @ Mt. Bachelor -- our first time here, and this place was great accommodations. A small group of mule-deer made daily appearances - and the sunrises were exceptional! I appreciated the communications & ease of check in/out. We would be happy to return!

Best Rental!

The home was super clean and was very well supplied. We made a birthday dinner and everything we needed was in the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous stay in Bend

Quincy Place was clean, luxurious and spacious. The kitchen had the most cooking and baking equipment I have ever experienced, which was a bonus for preparing Thanksgiving dinner for 6. We enjoyed our family time in the dining and living room, turned on the gas fireplace for cozy evenings.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as described and it was spacious for a big group of people. The only thing I might change to the place is a bigger couch or sectional in the living room because space is limited for a big group of people in that area. Everything else was great though and we’d definitely stay again!

Great Home

Home was great, location was amazing. Neighborhood felt safe and accomodating. However, there was a foul smell coming from the sink taking over the kitchen and dining area making it uncomfortable to eat in that area. Other than that great home and great experience.

Great cozy stay

Great experience overall! Very cozy place with ample amenities. Heres an overall pro/con list regarding my experience: Pros: - Good space and view - Decently well stocked kitchen accessories, and an outdoor grill connected to the gas line that makes cooking easier than at most rental properties. - Large garage space for gear or equipment. - Very close to most attractions in the area. - Gas lit fireplace in living room that is slaved to a light switch; super easy to use and very comfortable. - Quiet, very peaceful neighborhood. - Washer and Dryer set fully stocked with detergent, softener, and dryer sheets. Very much appreciated. - Hot water always available and quick Cons: - Steep driveway. Can be very hard to get a car to the garage when its snowing, so youll likely have to park on the street if it snows. - No plowing service. If it snows, you clear it by hand using just a small snow shovel. Would be nice if 2-3 were available. - Textured countertop in kitchen. If you cook a lot, its a pain to clean after preparing a meal. - Some drains were slow to empty in the showers. - Recommend replacing master bedroom shower head - A bit too soft master bed Would highly recommend! Great rental!

Bend Wedding Stay

The house was brautiful, centrally located, and just what we needed for our son and daughter in law's wedding week. We had a brief power outage which caused the fire alarms to go off, but the property management service was on it immediately via text, and was able to shut off the alarms promptly via remote access. We would definately stay again as the house was very comfortable, and the neighborhood quiet. Thanks again for giving us one less thing to worry about during the days leading up to, and after an amazing wedding week.

Prime location that feels like home as well.

My best friend and I had a guys weekend in Bend. We were looking for a good place that was easy to get around to Breweries and downtown shops and restaurants...it delivered! The location is fantastic... within a 20min walk of downtown and many places even closer. The place was super comfy and spacious...it felt like a place you could call home. Beds were comfy, bathrooms clean, kitchen well stocked, and the host was very great at communication. I'd highly recommend this house, and I'm hoping it's available for the next time I come to Bend.

Great House, Great Location

We loved the house and the location. It is a short walk to parks, restaurants and shopping. There are nice views from the living room and the master bedroom. The kitchen is well supplied for your cooking needs. We will definitely come back next time we are in Bend.

Great July 4th Vacay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The house was exactly as described and perfect for our family of 4 and the fenced yard was a big plus for our dog. The location was excellent, an easy walk to the Newport market, restaurants and downtown. The best part was the patio and beautiful view to enjoy our morning coffee overlooking the west Bend skyline. The owner was very easy to communicate with and check in/check out was seamless. We will definitely stay again!

West Hills Gem

Great place to stay in Bend, close to downtown and nice views. Newer home, very clean and everything in working order (very rare for rentals). The only negative is no tv in bedrooms.

Northwest Bend

Great property especially if you have a furry one with you. Enclosed backyard and close proximity to dog park and many walking opportunities. Walk down the street to Newport corridor for coffee, food, market - great bakery. And really just a fifteen minute walk to Galveston or town. Nice being up the hill a little for the view and great to have a garage for colder, snowier days. Property is probably best viewed as a 2 bedroom. The third bedroom off the main floor is more of an office but could serve well for kids.
