The property is listed as a “homestay,” but in reality it operates more like a hostel. The entire apartment — including the bathroom, kitchen, and common areas — is shared, which was not clearly mentioned in the listing. This lack of transparency made the experience quite unexpected for us.

“Pros: Der Pelletofen im 1. OG ist super. Wenn er heizt, verteilt er die Luft auch in das Bad im EG und in den Fernsehraum im 2. OG.
Die Küche ist super ausgestattet.
Mit Töpfen, einer Pfanne, Gewürzen(Salz, Pfeffer), Eierkocher, Kaffemaschine, Auflaufform, etc.....
Ein rund um sehr gutes Haus.
Cons: Der Wasserhan im großen Bad unten, hat nur kaltes Wasster abgegeben.
Aber das ist bestimmt kein Normalzustand.”
