"This hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Parking is expensive, but that’s the case everywhere in Chicago. The view of the lake and surrounding buildings is very nice! The location is excellent and easy walking distance to everything you want to do in Chicago."

Every staff member we encountered was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We loved the convenience of having plenty of on-site food options, which made it easy to grab a quick bite or sit down for a nice meal without leaving the property. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from the Magnificent Mile and close to so many of Chicago’s top tourist attractions. Overall, the Hyatt Regency Chicago exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip!"

"The hotel was beautiful and unique, and the staff were friendly! We enjoyed the cocktail lounge on the first floor. My only complaint is that our Air Conditioning unit didn’t work, but we also didn’t bring that to the attention of the front desk because we had reservations somewhere and weren’t back until late, so I can’t really complain!"
