Room was very clean and spacious. View was beautiful. Pool area was nice but it was very cold. Kids were in there shivering. That was disappointing as that was the reason to stay and there was not a hot tub.

The only place we stay when we go to Ocean City. Great location, plenty of parking, friendly staff, good food, 2 arcade areas! On the boardwalk, far enough from the inlet crowds, but a nice walk. Great beach location & views.

Hyatt Place Ocean City / Oceanfront
The staff were very courteous. The room was mostly clean (under the dresser was very dusty, and there was lots of trash), but otherwise the views were great, and the room was very comfortable. If I have the chance, I will return.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the carousel. The room was nice and quiet. We could see the beach while laying in bed, which was great since the weather was too cold to be outside for long.
