“We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel. There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite. The beach nearby is one of the nicest in Goa, super quiet and lovely white sand with the water perfect for swimming. Iqbal drives……

“The pool area is beautiful. However, the pool water was a little murky and the interior of the pool was in need of a thorough scrubbing. I have stayed here before and enjoyed a quiet atmosphere at the pool with the oldies playing in the background. This visit was different. Loudspeakers blared so loudly with popular Indian music to the point that I could not relax. The control box for the a/c window unit was hanging by tape but it did work. The tiles in the washroom were dirty needed basic……

“Value for money excellent. Not amazingly clean but ok. Not a huge choice at breakfast, but ok. Bed was comfortable, but room was not as clean as I would have liked, not filthy, but not brilliant either.”

“L’hôtel est complètement vieillissant avec une salle de bain non refaite et de la moisissure. L’ouverture d’une discothèque n’était pas dans les informations du site. Nous avons quitté l’hôtel après deux nuits, au lieu de cinq. Impossible de se faire rembourser les trois jours non consommé. Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas à la hauteur. ”

“Didnt have hot water and had to wait and call the stuff who didnt speak any english. The check out was before 11 am and they called me at 10 am to check out because the room was need it. Very poor service at breakfast. Didnt have coffee and i had to drink tea because they want to tidy up. Paid a lot for 2 nights at goa prices.”

“This is a great hotel which I would definatley recommend to others. The rooms are spacious, clean and have all the mod cons you would expect. Breakfast is a bit of a fiasco in the mornings as it is a buffet, i think they do need one extra chef making the eggs as there is always a queue. Which brings me on the the next point the staff are unattentive and generally dismissive and unhelpful so be prepared for that. Having said that I would have no hesitation about staying here again.”
