“The house was great! We had a nice time. Our only issue was that the bedding was not washed when we arrived. The beds had been slept in the night before and they were not made. I contacted the owner and they offered to get someone over asap. I had already started the laundry. They did return out cleaning fee, so I felt like they made it right. The rest of the stay was great!”

“Smell of VRBO was horrible for 24 hours, smelled of poopy diapers. Cleaners tried to cover odor up with air freshener spray which compounded the stench. Listing agency did offer to bring an air purifier. 36 hours later stench was mostly gone but I went ahead and moved out a day early. Dog poop in backyard. Disappointing.”

Remotes that had no batteries, or went to devices we could not identify. The downstairs AC units were pretty noisy. The fridge is pretty small - so thankfully our stay was a short one.
