Two cosy Georgian cottages in a quiet, safe and friendly cul-de-sac. Both cottages are fitted with antique period furniture as well as all the modern utilities you would expect.

The houses are walking distance from the vibrant village of Knowle with pubs, restaurants and a golf course and 5min drive from Solihull town centre with extensive amenities. Stratford-upon-Avon and Birmingham with significant cultural attractions are just 35minutes away. Being on the edge of the green belt if you travel in the other direction there are canals, country walks and rolling fields of Warwickshire.
