A lovely quaint cottage, with bags of character and in a wonderful sunny south-facing position with a gorgeous views over the fields towards the hills.. Ground Floor:

Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking.. This peaceful cottage, tucked away in a quiet hamlet, offers the perfect blend of tranquillity and convenience, with a wealth of experiences just a short drive away. Relax and enjoy a peaceful break set down the lane to the local church, with wonderful south-facing sunny views towards the fields and hills beyond. There is a cosy open fire in the living room with deep windowsills and a wooden floor. Perfect for family or friends, with space for peace and quiet but also a plethora of things to see and do in the local area.

In nearby Perth, you can enjoy riverside walks and vibrant cafes, or explore the fascinating Black Watch Museum, while Dundee offers a blend of culture and innovation, with highlights like the historic ship RRS Discovery.

Step back in time at Glamis Castle, surrounded by majestic grounds and rich royal history. Discover the heritage of Scottish kings at Scone Palace, or for winter fun or scenic hiking in warmer months, head to the nearby ski slopes, which are perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. Church Cottage Kettins

Super cottage in a great rural location but still very central for exploring the region. Supermarket only a few minutes away. David and Moira are lovely hosts. 10/10!
