My only criticism is the booking process guidelines are not clear and the online system needs improvement. It was not made clear that we would not receive the email with access instructions until the security process was completed and the deposit paid. “Nice well equipped apartment with a fantastic welcome pack.
Parking is free 5pm - 9 am in local streets and I didn’t have difficulty finding a space.
It’s in a quite side street. But walkable for town centre and rail station

“Property was okay, there was staining around shower basin seals and rust where the toilet brush etc had not been replaced in a LONG time.
Glad I brought my own kitchen utensils with me as everything at the property was damaged. Couldn’t even leave a fresh dish sponge for a new stay so questioned how clean the place actually was.
The Lino in the kitchen was damaged in places and the fridge had been turned off and leaked into the kitchen floor.
Also staining / dirt on sofa so couldn’t really……

“We couldn’t get into the room as the key was not where we been told. Communication was poor and with delays. From door code didn’t work (we went out and come back around 3am and the door lock was not working!) there was another people coming after us and they was loud shouting and playing music! Couldn’t sleep! Apartment itself was smaller than we imagined. ”
