Nestled in the charming resort town of Bol on the idyllic island of Brac, Villa Zlatni Rat enjoys a privileged location just steps away from the renowned Zlatni Rat beach promenade. This modern and fully renovated villa offers an exquisite waterfront experience, with the gentle lapping of the sea a mere 5 meters from its doorstep and the pebble beach a mere stone's throw away. Additionally, the villa is conveniently situated a short 150 meters from the vibrant resort center.



Villa Zlatni Rat boasts a spacious 200 m² layout, encompassing four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a separate toilet, providing comfortable accommodation for 8 to 10 guests. The ground floor features a generously appointed living room with two sofas, which can double as additional sleeping space for two guests. This welcoming space opens onto a large and airy terrace. Adjacent to the living area is a beautifully decorated, fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining area. Completing this level is a separate toilet and a utility room.



The villa's first floor is home to four bedrooms, including two master bedrooms with private bathrooms offering stunning sea views. There is also an additional bathroom on this floor. Villa Zlatni Rat is tastefully furnished in a classic design, creating an elegant and harmonious interior.



The exterior of the villa is adorned with a lush Mediterranean garden, featuring fragrant pine and oleander trees that bloom throughout the summer. A highlight of the outdoor space is the expansive oval swimming pool (7m x 4m) with a stone plateau, perfect for leisurely dips. The pool area is complemented by an outdoor shower and a selection of comfortable garden furniture for relaxation.



Brac Island, nestled between Solta and Hvar Islands, boasts a generous expanse of 395 km². The island's name is believed to originate from the Illyrian word "brenthos," signifying the deer, an esteemed animal among the island's ancient tribes. The presence of deer in prehistoric times is evident from discoveries in the Kopacina cave. Brac offers a diverse range of attractions, from the famous Zlatni Rat beach and Vidova Gora to the secluded Blaca Desert, all framed by crystal-clear seas, olive groves, vineyards, and fragrant pine forests.



Bol, located on the southern part of Brac, is the island's oldest coastal village and a renowned summer destination. Bol is steeped in tourism tradition, with its first recorded visitors arriving in 1923. The legendary Zlatni Rat beach extends half a kilometer into the sea, fringed by a dense pine forest, and is consistently ranked among the world's most beautiful beaches by travelers and publications alike.



With its unspoiled natural beauty, cultural and historical attractions, and a well-developed range of tourist and sports offerings, Bol stands out as one of Croatia's premier tourist destinations. From outdoor activities like hiking, scuba diving, windsurfing, and quad rides to exploring museums, galleries, and traditional architecture, there's something for every traveler. The culinary scene is equally inviting, with local and Mediterranean delicacies taking center stage, including favorites like "Lamb on a Spit" and "Octopus under Peka." Absolutely Perfect

Could not have asked for a better place to stay on Bol. Kitchen was fantastically appointed, enough sofas for everyone in the house, 3 bathrooms perfect, excellent lounging areas outside and a short walk to the water. Really loved it. Highly recommend it.
