"The house was amazing, the check-in experience was awful. The house is loosely connected to the hotel which manages the check in, but the house is actually family run. The front desk agent was friendly, but had us sit for almost an hour without an update. We also got hit with a crazy storm so no hot tub. Now we did see the Northern Lights it was amazing, actually the main reason we stayed in this area.
