Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport
Disappointing stay overall. The room was not properly cleaned on arrival, with visible hair and residue in multiple areas, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. While I appreciate the refund of one night, the issue significantly impacted my stay and required escalation to resolve.

Hilton Boston Park Plaza
AI automated the services. It was difficult to obtain a crib, a rollaway bed, etc., and there was no room service. I would not stay here again unless necessary.

Omni Parker House
Quite loud banging noise above Room 1215 well into late night and into early morning Didn't sound like elevator noise more like doors being closed. Great location, Hotel renovations well done.
