Spacious New Construction Home with Private Baths, Roof Deck & Water Views!
Relax and unwind in this stunning, newly built home featuring private full bathrooms and smart TVs in every bedroom, gleaming hardwood floors, and central air for year-round comfort. The open-concept living space includes a 70-inch streaming TV, a large, comfy sectional, and a dining table with seating for 10—perfect for gathering with family or friends.
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals, complete with all the essentials: a blender, electric tea kettle, coffee machine, high-quality cookware, utensils, storage containers, and more!
Step outside to the private roof deck, where you can fire up the grill, lounge in our cozy egg chairs, and soak in the water views of Dorchester Bay. A seasonal half bath is also available for convenience.
For families traveling with little ones, we provide a pack and play, baby bath, high chair, and child-friendly dishes.
Bonus: Two private on-site parking spots are included!

Lovely place!
We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The house is about a five minute ride from the T station and about a 20min ride into the city. There are spots for two cars at the house but it's very narrow. My minivan fit but we had to be mindful when opening the passenger door. A larger van would have trouble.The house is very close to the tracks for the T. The noise of the passing trains is startling at first but you hardly notice it by your second night.The weather didn't cooperate for us to enjoy the roof top deck as much as we hoped. It would be beautiful on a sunny day.Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay and I'd highly recommend the house.

Had a great time. The place was nice. I only gave 3 star on location because it was hard to drive anywhere because of the traffic, but of course that’s just Boston I found out. Anyways, wonderful place to stay. Clean and comfy.
