The Apartment is located on the fourth floor, boasting great views from the balcony where you can enjoy a nice cup of tea in winters and a cold beer in summer. The property is away from the doldrums of the town and is located in a serene and calm locality. Ample parking is available and the building has an elevator which makes it easier for the elderly.
