This spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home has plenty of room to sleep 10 guests, and offers breathtaking views of the Ten Mile Mountain Range with access to some of the best hiking, skiing, golfing, and outdoor adventures in Colorado. There is a private ski shuttle exclusive to this Highlands neighborhood that you will have convenient access to during your stay!

Garage: This home has a private heated garage with space for 2 vehicles inside and 2 vehicles in front of the garage.
Spread out in the main Family Room, outfitted with two comfy leather sofas, a lounge chair, a coffee table, and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV with the crew. The hot tub patio door is located just outside.
First Guest Bedroom: The first guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed dresser, closet, and ensuite bath. The bathroom includes a single vanity and shower tub combo. This bedroom shares the bathroom with the downstairs family room area. This area also has a separate space with bunk beds for kids to enjoy. There is a twin over full bunk, and a single twin.

The front door and foyer are on a split level from the entrance, leading to a beautiful and spacious master suite.
Master Bedroom: includes a king-size bed, flatscreen TV, cozy gas fireplace, dresser, lounge chair, ceiling fan, unbelieve mountain views, and ensuite bath. The bathroom has a dual vanity, jetted tub, and step-in shower with plenty of cabinet space. The remaining guest bedrooms are located on the next split level up, along with the state of the art kitchen and the main living room.

The main living room is luxurious and open, receiving plenty of natural sunlight. The furniture was thoughtfully selected for comfort, and includes two plush sofas, a lounge chair, a coffee table, a flatscreen TV, and amazing mountain views from the oversized windows.
Kitchen: You're invited to cook up a feast in the gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, granite countertops, plenty of cabinet space, and a large island with 4 counter stools. This home is stocked with seasonings, cookware, small appliances, utensils, glasses, and dishes. We have a regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig.
Dining Room: The dining room separates the kitchen and living area. The dining room has seating for 5 and leads directly out into one the best features of this home, the huge wraparound deck. Take in the woodland views and the iconic peaks of Breckenridge's mountains.
Second Guest Bedroom: The second guest bedroom is located on the upstairs level of the home. This room includes a queen-sized bed, dresser, lounge chair, ceiling fan, and ensuite bath. The bathroom has a single vanity with a shower-tub combo.
Laundry: The laundry room is located on the main level of the home near the kitchen.

This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay. The master bedroom and the two living rooms each have a large SmartTV, please bring your login to stream your favorite shows and movies. We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.

This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.
