There is a downstairs basement that rents separately and thus not included in this rental. This home was the home of the original mayor of Breckenridge Colorado. It is quaint and beautiful. Historic. Easy walk to the Peak 9 base are la and the Quicksilver lift. Also the Blue Shuttle bus picks up on French Street approximately 50 yards away.

This is a great home in historic Breckenridge.

We have no rental history simply because our family has used this property for ourselves every New Years's. This is our first time to put it up for rent.
