Fully upgraded top to bottom! True ski-in/out on 4oclock ski run. 10 minute walk to downtown Breck. The master features a king and attached bathroom while the guest bedroom has a queen bed with lofted twin and adjacent bathroom. The stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve a meal and is open to the dining area and living room w/ sofa bed & gas fireplace. Private washer/dryer. Mountain View of Peak 8 from private balcony. Indoor pool, hot tubs on site. Heated bathroom floors.
FEATURES:
• Living room with gas fireplace, sofa with pullout bed (upgraded American Leather sleeper sofa).
• Dining area with seating for 6 at the main table and seating for 2 at the bistro table.
• Full kitchen with everything needed to cook and serve a meal. Well stocked! Filtered water tap located at the kitchen sink.
• Master bedroom with king bed and attached bathroom with shower/tub combo and heated floors.
• Second bedroom with queen bed, lofted twin bed and hall bathroom with shower/tub combo and heated floors.
• In-unit private washer/dryer.
• Dedicated entry with built-in ski/snowboard racks, helmet cubbies and bench.
OUTDOOR:
• Private deck with views of the Ten Mile Range and 4 O'Clock Run.
• Located directly on 4 O'Clock Ski Run for Ski in/Ski out ease. In the summer this run is a trail that connects to a myriad of hiking trails along the 10 mile range.
BUILDING and PREMISES:
• Availability to park one car in covered garage or outside.
• Common area includes one indoor and one outdoor hot tub and an indoor heated pool. The clubhouse may close in the off season (spring or fall).
• Elevator available (steps still required)
Parking Limit 1 car
Occupancy Limit 7 guests
Location:
Off the back deck is access to 4 O'Clock ski run. Hop on the run and take a short ride to lower 4 o'clock which will dead end across the street from the snowflake lift (peak 8 and peak 9 access).
Downtown Breckenridge is a 10 minute walk downhill from the condo. There is a liquor store and a Teppanyaki restaurant. Main Street with lots of shops and restaurant options is just one street over.
The closest ski and bike rental shop is Charter Sports, next to the Snowflake ticket office (on the lowest level of Blue Sky Resort). Lone Star Sports is located next to Summit Wine and Liquor, close to downtown.
City Market is the best option for grocery items, located on the north end of town on Park Ave, about a 5 minute drive from the condo.
Simple, contactless check-in and check-out! We don't require chores upon your departure. This is your vacation! Our housekeepers will take care of everything. Loading and starting the dishwasher is helpful, but not required.
Other things to note:
Discounts! We have pre arranged discounts for our guests that include 30% off ski and bike rentals, 10% off oxygen rentals and discounts on airport shuttles. Links are sent after your booking is confirmed.
PROVIDED ITEMS:
The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.
PLEASE NOTE:
> The minimum age to rent is 25.
> There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
> This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. Visit the CDC website regarding the potential effects of high altitude.***
> There is no air conditioning.
> Breckenridge has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
