Die Anlage sieht optisch etwas veraltet aus, die Wohnung selbst ist zwar nicht topmodern, aber dafür sauber und funtkional. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist sie völlig ausreichend. Die Wohnanlage befindet sich außerhalb von Kelmis am Waldrand. Sie ist schön begrünt und bepflanzt. Überall stehen Bänke zum Verweilen. Das Wohnen war sehr erholsam und ruhig.
