Génépy Apartment **** - 3 Vallées : Ski, Spa

Fully equipped 82 m2 luxury apartment with stunning views on the Grand Bec and the Vanoise National Park.

Located on the third floor, with an elevator, in Residence Alticîmes, perfect for 1 to 6 people, it includes :

Sleeping area :

* Entrance with private bedding area with 140 x 200 cm double bed
* Bathroom
* Separated toilets
* Double room with east facing balcony; king size 180 x 200 cm bed made with two separated 90 x 200 cm beds that can be put together or not. Flat screen TV.
* Suite room with south facing terrace; king size 180 x 200 cm bed made with two separated 90 x 200 cm beds that can be put together or not. Flat screen TV. Italian style shower room and toilets.
* DVD Players on request

For last minute reservations: by default, beds are prepared as double beds.

Living area :

* South facing kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, microwave, oven, fridge with deep freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, open floor plan with induction cooker, extractor hood…a.s.o (complete list on demand).
* Dining area with large 6 seats table
* Spacious living room with south facing terrace overlooking the village; includes a sofa, 2 armchairs, stylish bench, flat screen TV connected, internal channel with all the information of the residence, DVD Player.
* Free wifi access: with a network dedicated to our residences
* Safety box

* Beds made on arrival, bathroom and household linen provided.
* A cleaning service can be provided during your stay, on request with additional cost. Final cleaning included.
* Amenities such as iron and iron board, drying rack provided and baby equipment (travel cot, sheets, pillow, duvet, highchair…) could be provided on request (with an extra charge). Please request for them in advance.
* Pets on request with additional cost.
* Alticîmes proposes a private indoor car park (Max height : 1,95 m) under video surveillance.
* Winter shared ski room and summer shared bikes and e-bikes place.

* Winter free shuttle service in front of the Residence, to village center and Olympe’s cable car.

Tolle Wohnung mit allem was man braucht.

Kommunikation sowie CheckIn hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel Es war alles in der Wohnung was man so braucht. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke!
