“This was hands down the nicest looking place we have ever been to! Super modern. Renovated. Took some family from the states up to this home and we couldnt have been happier! We were a family of 15 and had LOTS of space. The pool was amazing - kids had a blast and we spent most of our days outside in it. We also enjoyed kayaking. Would love to come back again! The only negative is that it got HOT in the space on top of the stairs with two queen beds (no privacy doors). No one could sleep there...

“Group of 5 adults stayed here. Plenty rooms with AC in most of them. Place was spacious. Hot tub was nice and all 5 fit in there. The water is essentially a pond or maybe classified as a marsh so it was too small to enjoy the boats (for us) but it made for a nice scenic setting. Host is very responsive and helpful. Would come back here for sure. ”

“The cottage is small and more suitable for 2 adults, not 4. However cottage has everything you need during your stay. Comfortable bed in master bedroom. 2 level bed in other room needs to be lubricated so it doesn't squeak. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, weather was perfect, lake was full of fish :)”

“Beautiful house, exactly as presented on the website. The games room (with an air hockey table, foosball, and arcade game), trampoline, and kayaks/paddle board were bit hits with the kids. The kitchen was much better stocked than other properties we've stayed at. The bedrooms were comfortable and the house has a fabulous view. The property manager was friendly and helpful. The only (minor) negatives: - the "EV charger" is a a regular outdoor plug (we got 4-7 km per hour charge), but we...

“My extended family and friends had a just wonderful month with Ed and Julie. Ed and Julie are superb hosts and The Blue Heron house is very welcoming with comfortable space for the whole family. We had so much fun with the boats and swimming in the St Lawrence and so much enjoyed this Frontenac Arch region. We took many exploring day trips to surrounding towns and the Rideau Canal. I can not recommend this home and hosts enough.”

“I went there with my family for a vacation for 7days. The house was great The hot tub in the first day doesn’t was clean the water was in there green and smell bad, but the property owner allows us to change the water. The owner was very friendly , but he has a helper who came to the house around 3-4 times and she lying about everything to the owner from us. She’s not a nice person she was with us very rude. Except this “helper women” our stay was great”
