A very nice new hotel
"Hotel is very new, good design and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing is the air conditioning in my room seems not work well, only wind blows out and no cool air, a bit warm in the room. Over all is very good."

"Kamer op zich prima, maar niet goed schoongemaakt. Nachtlampje zonder lamp ... Geen waterflesjes aanwezig zoals in de andere Van Der Valk hotels waar ik al gelogeerd heb. Terras buiten aan de kamer gewoon vuil. Restaurant buiten, niet geweldig qua onderhoud en meubilair. Ik heb er mosselen gegeten, ..."

"Bei allem null Punkte. Nach der Buchungsbestätigung UND der Bezahlung via Paypal meldete sich der Eigentümer, dass das Objekt bereits durch andere gebucht war. Zum Glück haben wir nach längerem hin und her den Buchungsbetrag zurückbekommen."

"Die Unterkunft liegt nur wenige Meter von der Bushaltestelle entfernt und ist ideal für Ausflüge nach Groningen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen."
