Living and Sleeping The living space features a comfortable sofa bed with storage and full linen, a Philips Smart TV (138 cm) with Netflix and streaming, a soundbar for quality audio, and an air conditioning unit with wall-mounted thermostat for heating and cooling. Blackout curtains throughout ensure restful sleep at any hour. Mosquito net included.
? Kitchen Fully equipped for genuine cooking: 4-ring gas hob, electric oven, extractor hood, blender, espresso machine, fridge-freezer, and all the cookware and glassware you need. If something happens, please let us know ASAP. • Please pay attention with your bags, in order not to leave scratches on the walls or on the floor. • The bedding and other supplies are for convenience and use of our guests. They belong to and must remain on the premises. Any damage or blood stain to the bedding, furniture or other essentials will be charged • Smoking: Being a family home, we also have a no smoking policy in the apartment or elsewhere inside the apartment building (although you are welcome to smoke on the balconies). • We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement. • To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C when it's not in use or leaving the house. • Entertaining: We are perfectly happy having people pop by to pick up our guests, but we would prefer that you not use our home to entertain them. We'd be happy to help you find other places to spend time with your family and friends. • Protecting the furniture: Please place coasters under bottles and glasses; Please clean up any spills immediately and do not sit on the furniture in wet clothing • The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom. • For commercial photography and filming there will be an extra charge. • Child Safety: To avoid injury, please supervise small children at all times while inside the property. • Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. You are welcome to use the balcony for smoking. Please note that smoking inside the property will result in a 500 lei penalty fee. • Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises. • Parties and Events: No parties or organized events are allowed. • Quiet Hours and Schedule: Please respect the designated quiet hours (22:00–08:00 and 12:00–14:00). Standard check-in is from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out is between 09:00 and 11:00. • Early/Late Access: An additional fee will apply for requests regarding early check-in or late check-out. • Long-Term Stays: For stays exceeding 10 nights, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled (following additional payment). This includes a change of bed linens, towels, and toiletries, as well as vacuuming and mopping of the floors and kitchen. • Invoicing: If you require a fiscal invoice for your stay, we can provide one upon request. • Damages: Any damage to the property or loss of belongings is the responsibility of the guest and will be billed accordingly. • Legal Requirement: Completing the accommodation form is mandatory in accordance with Romanian Law (GD 237/2001, republished in 2008, Article 2, paragraph 5).
