It is not a private accommodation, which I suspected due to the price, but it wasn't clear from the listing, so you may be sharing the bathroom and open area. The host is pleasant and the place is generally clean, except the microwave and toaster oven. There is a "kitchenette" listed, but don't count on cooking anything. It was nice that there was a desk/chair...
