“Lovely apartment but with the facilities of a hotel. Staff really helpful on day we checked out as not leaving till evening. Lovely pool (not the biggest)”

“Leider wurden die Zimmer nicht gereinigt nicht mal Handtücher gegeben”

“The property was okay, but did not quite meet expectations from the image. The location is perfect, and justifies the value a lot. Checking in went far from easy, being online and the agreed check in time delayed by over half an hour. I recommend the place if you’re willing to talk to an AI concierge instead of an in-person check-in.”

“I cannot highly recommend this property enough so this review won’t do it justice. It’s perfectly located and central in the old town of the city, with bars and restaurants a stones throw away. We loved the space of the apartment and the general feel being in an old character building with high ceilings and French balconies with lovely views of the street below. Spotlessly clean with all the amenities you would need, including a washing machine! The host on reception was on hand if you had any……

“Distribución de la habitación inmejorable, limpieza impecable, incluso las bebidas del frigorífico están con buena fecha y no hay nada caducado ni pasado. Poco ruido, el metal de la calle está arreglado y no se escucha cuando pasan los coches, tampoco había ruido en las habitaciones de los lados. Experiencia 10/10, guardado para el próximo viaje a Alicante.”

“Excellent location in the heart of Alicante. Numerous bars and restaurants nearby. Easy walk to the beach. It could be noisy through the night and in the early hours, either by street noise and others staying in the apartment block during our stay. The Electronic check-in process sent did not work. I messaged the hotel 3 times over 2 days (1 day before check-in and 2 the day of check-in) but there was no response. Luckily they did have a reception area and completed the check-in process upon……

“Stayed in this property last month. I would recommend you download the Limhome app for any codes etc....makes life really easy. Communications are difficult eg I asked how to get to the property on landing and got a response which said they didnt know. Uber from the airport is 20 euros. Location is very good. YOu can use a bus for 4.50 euros but this will get you to the castle or the market both of which are walkable but if u have luggage get a taxi. The place is 15 mins walk from the beachfront……
