My stay at the Aleph Boutique Hotel in Byblos was wonderful. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring the old souks and the harbor, the property is beautifully designed and impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.
The breakfast offered a great variety, though I would suggest a small improvement for food safety: during the service hours (7-11 AM), the cold cuts and cheeses are left out on the buffet table without refrigeration. Given the length of service,……

“First of all i liked everything, clean , next to the beach , staff are smiling and very helpful, rooms are big with a large terrace and sea view. They add extra water , kettle , coffee and tea in the room in addition to a fridge , aircondition. Calm. Safe. As for the food we had the chance to have the breakfast, delicious, generous, pure Lebanese, they serve a tray of labne , cheese, zaatar, vegetables , eggs, jam , halawa , ur choice off coffee, in addition to the orange juice and tea.……
