“Small, cozy, friendly, quiet....we stayed for a month in the jungle of Guanacaste with Gary and his dog, Wally! The pool is wonderfully shady in the afternoons, Gary is a warm and friendly host, helpful and kind. We were looking for someplace near to beaches, great sunsets, and no crowds....meeting the locals, shopping the local markets, etc. This is the perfect spot to just sit back and relax.”

“Hosts were great communicators and provided a healthy delicious breakfast. The gardens host a plethora of different plants and one can see a variety of different exotic birds. The room is cozy and well equipped, and the infinity pool overlooking the jungle is amazing”

“This stay was excellent. The property was as advertised. Clean , modern, and comfortable. There are enough in the way of restaurants, and markets near by. Tamarindo is about 35 mins away. Playa Avellanas is a 5min drive, great place to relax. I would not hesitate to use again. The only downsside was the condition of the road for the last few miles to the development. I assume that will improve as the area continues to development. ”
