- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning all throughout.
- For your security and safety this property has an active Cctv camera at the front, left, right and back of the house. They will be on during your stay.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.

- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
