“This property was just lovely. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and nicely situated in the town of Callandar. The beds were super comfortable, and, in between our numerous activities, we made good use of the TV to watch the FIFA games. Our host, Joan, was friendly and attentive. The town itself was wonderful. It is small yet has great amenities, including a heritage museum, right next-door and a Legion just down the street with all sorts of special events going on. The waterfront is an easy……

“We really enjoyed the cabin. There was plenty of space to spread out and hang out together. The kids really enjoyed playing the arcade games. The area is beautiful as well, quiet and peaceful. The ducks and turkeys were fun to watch. The hosts were excellent. At one point a tree fell from a storm and they moved it very quickly. We had a great time”

“I couldn’t give five stars and it came down to a couple of things. BBQ was crumbling inside. Burners weren’t lighting. There was dirty silverware in the drawers as well as some dishes and pots that weren’t clean. A part from that the place was okay. If anyone has mobility issues you may not be able to take all the stairs down to the house.”
