My usual place to stay in Portals Nous

Have stayed here several times over the years. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. There were a couple of minor issues with the room but nothing serious and I would , and no doubt will, happily stay here again in the future.

Excellent location for touring around the island. Close to Palma. Beautiful beaches. Lovely pool area. Very Friendly and helpful staff. Chilled out music around the pool. Fabulous sky bar. Very enjoyable holiday. Immaculately clean rooms. Have stayed several times would highly recommend.

Totally recommend!

The swimming pool is such a delight! Perfect temperature and the beds are the most comfy. The room was spacious, comfortable and neat. There was an issue with the shower which was promptly resolved, great service. The location is next to Puerto Portals, within walking distance and great for lunch and or dinner. Close to the bus station which is convenient and easy for trips to the airport or Palma. The noise from the street and party people was the only thing I did not enjoy as much.

Overall a decent stay. No issues at all. Situated in a very nice area, however the area is limited to one walkable beach, and very few reasonable restaurants. Mostly overpriced near by. However palmanova is only a 5 min bus away, and palma is 20-30 mins on bus. Bus station is a 2 min walk away from hotel. Hotel breakfast is pretty good, however there is no gym at this hotel, and only one pool. Pool area didnt get too busy, always managed a sunbed. Would recommend this hotel, however would most likely stay in a different area of majorca in future.

Great price and location

Perfect location in Portals. Great sea view room, shower with a view, quiet secluded swimming pool and the best sun loungers ever! For some reason housekeeping forgot to give us fresh towels two days in a row but the main disappointment was the check-in and check-out experience. The reception staff were uninterested, they did not offer any explanation of the facilities. Upon check out we were not even asked if we enjoyed our stay...basic etiquette.

The hotel is conveniently located in Portals Nous, close to the marina and to a bus stop that takes you to several popular beaches. This makes the hotel a good base to explore the area. Mariana and Jordi at reception were friendly and helpful, and we received a welcome gift of Cava and chocolates in our rooms because this trip was a special birthday treat. This was a great start to our trip then things went downhill afterwards. The bathroom floods repeatedly (slipping risk), the toilet seat was cracked in my room, the toilet seat in my parents was busted on the third day and left standing without being securely fixed so it fell on my mother’s hand and hurt her (it’s a heavy seat), the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, the cleaning staff woke me up at 8:30 a.m. one morning and kept knocking at my door repeatedly until they roused me from a deep and comfortable sleep, on another day they kept banging at my parents’ door even though there was a not disturb sign” on the door knob and it was barely 11:40 a.m., our toilet paper was not replenished on two separate on their roof on a Friday night with drunk shouting in the corridors and parking lot until 1 a.m. The loud music made our rooms shake and we got no sleep at all (we had an early flight the next day). You’re a hotel not a nightclub. Be better!

The hotel was clean and generally well-maintained, but service could be improved. Towels and toilet paper weren’t restocked regularly, and on our last day the air conditioning stopped working. We were told it would be fixed by 11 a.m., but it never was, and no compensation or apology was offered at checkout. Disappointing end to an otherwise decent stay.

Preis-Leistung top. Hafen mit sehr luxuriöser Flaniermeile und sehr guter Strand in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Türe. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und das House Keeping macht seinen Job wunderbar.

Having a room without a balcony is ok only during a cold season, otherwise there is nowhere to dry your wet clothes after the beach. It's always full of water going out the shower, therefore the floor is always flooded. Personal is very friendly! Great breakfast. Very good location. Nice rooftop bar.

Lovely hotel ideal location for Port Portals - walkable in 5 mins. Hotel is spotless Pool area has a lovely chilled vibe. Nice pool bar with varied menu. Service was good. Bedroom was basic nice size but no balcony and after seeing the rooms are friends were in - they all had balcony’s yet we booked the same rooms it was a little disappointing. I would definitely stay here again However I would get a room with a balcony

Sadly the pool was not open as advertised and there was plan to open anytime soon. Hotels.com stepped in and the Relocation Team , fully refunded us, and we moved to a more suitable one. Thanks for your professionalism.
