“This was our third stay at one of Evan’s properties. Every time has been a great experience. We love how close the home is to Ithaca College and much prefer the area than staying in the commons. Beautiful property and nice area to walk the dogs. Our college daughter loves we can bring a bit of home when we visit her by staying there… can bring the dogs, make home cooked meals or get carry out, watch movies together, etc. Home is well stocked and clean. “This was the most idyllic getaway! The cabin is picturesque and cozy. Kitchen is well stocked and beds are super comfortable. Easily accessible to Greek Peak resort - we were able to go home for lunch on ski days and be right back on the mountain! Loved the other amenities as well - snow tubing and the indoor water park were so fun. Caryn and her son were extremely helpful and communicative! We can’t wait to go back!”
