Make your getaway to this newly furnished home located in desireable SE Cape Coral. I idealy located off of popular Del Prado and minutes from the bridge to Fort Myers. Whether your heading to Fort Myers or downtown Cape Coral, this location is perfect. This 3 bedroom/2 bath home features a beautiful coastal boho decor and is set in a very quiet area with full backyard/pool/spa privacy. The pool is heated featuring a sun deck and spa. Pool heat is included in your stay during the months of Oct-April.

Features: Outdoor Barbeque Grill , Fully fenced-in backyard, Two pool loungers, Two beach chairs, Cooler with wheels, beach towels. Pool has a tablet to control Spa/temp, Pool temp, and assorted pool lights. French Doors to Pool have a chime you can turn on for safety with children.

Great property

This house is updated and very clean. Has everything you could need for a week stay. Close to the grocery store and restaurants. Pool and hot tub are extremely nice and useful on a hot day. Property owner responds very timely and even with helpful tips on things to do in the area. Would def stay again
