Located on the Rubican canal you'll enjoy one of the widest water views in Cape Coral and be less than 1 mile from everything downtown Cape Coral has to offer. The unit comes turn-key fully furnished with everything you need. Also enjoy a heated pool and first come first serve boat parking.
